By accessing https://adclab.in, booking diagnostic investigations, scheduling home phlebotomy visits, or downloading certified digital reports, you ('User', 'Patient', 'Customer') unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Users must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian if booking diagnostic investigations for minors or dependents.

Ashwani Diagnostic Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect legislative changes, clinical standards, or payment gateway requirements. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes formal acceptance.

The user warrants that all patient information (full legal name, age, biological sex, contact mobile number, residential address) entered during booking is complete, true, and accurate.

Certain high-complexity investigations, radiologic screenings, or statutory schedule tests require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner prior to sample draw.

Appointment slots are provided based on laboratory processing capacity and field phlebotomist availability. Ashwani Diagnostic Centre reserves the right to propose alternative slots in unforeseen circumstances.

Patients are strictly required to observe pre-test preparations (e.g., 10-12 hours fasting for Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, or morning first-void urine samples) as communicated on the test description.

Home collection services are available across designated serviceable pincodes in Mumbai and surrounding suburbs as configured on the platform.

The patient must be physically present at the designated address during the reserved time window to avoid sample degradation or logistical delays.

All blood collections are performed strictly using sterile, single-use, disposable vacutainer needles and barcoded tubes adhering to biohazard control norms.

Each collection vial is barcoded in the presence of the patient or attendant before cold-chain sealing to guarantee patient-sample identity preservation.

All tariffs, fees, and package costs displayed on https://adclab.in are stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of standard laboratory analytical processing and digital report delivery.

Ashwani Diagnostic Centre accepts digital payments via authorized Payment Aggregators (including PayU), supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and cash upon doorstep sample collection or lab reception.

Online transactions are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways such as PayU. Ashwani Diagnostic Centre does not collect, receive, or store your card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our web servers.

Ashwani Diagnostic Centre reserves the right to update test pricing periodically. However, the price displayed and confirmed at the time of your booking checkout will be honored for that specific transaction.

A booking is confirmed upon successful generation of a unique Transaction Reference ID and appointment token issued by Ashwani Diagnostic Centre's clinical ledger.

If funds are debited from your bank or wallet but the transaction fails to reflect as confirmed on https://adclab.in, payment gateways automatically initiate reconciliation. Such amounts are typically auto-reversed by your issuing bank within 5 to 7 business days.

In case of duplicate payment deductions for the same appointment ID, the surplus amount will be refunded 100% to the original payment source upon verification.

Appointments cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled home collection slot or center visit are eligible for a 100% full refund.

Once a biological sample has been drawn, accessioned, and loaded into analyzers, the service is deemed rendered and reagents consumed; consequently, no refund can be granted.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel (PayU / source bank) within 7 to 10 working days, subject to inter-bank clearing schedules.

All laboratory findings are validated by automated analyzer quality checks and scrutinized by our consulting pathologist or senior medical biochemist before release.

Certified PDF reports are made accessible via the secure Patient Portal and dispatched via encrypted WhatsApp/SMS notifications to your registered mobile.

Routine hemograms and biochemistry tests are typically completed within 3 to 6 hours. Specialized molecular or culture assays follow scientific incubation periods as indicated on your booking confirmation.

Should an urgent, clinically life-threatening value be discovered (e.g., severe electrolyte imbalance or acute cardiac markers), our medical team will attempt emergency notification to the patient or referring clinician.

Laboratory test reports represent objective in-vitro analytical measurements. They serve as an aid to clinical assessment and MUST ALWAYS be correlated with medical history, clinical symptoms, and physical examinations by a qualified treating physician.

Ashwani Diagnostic Centre does not prescribe pharmaceutical medications or furnish definitive clinical diagnoses through laboratory reports alone.

Ashwani Diagnostic Centre and https://adclab.in are NOT an emergency medical service. In situations involving acute trauma, chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathlessness, or immediate clinical emergencies, please visit the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

Users agree to provide truthful clinical history, fasting status, and active medications if relevant to specific laboratory investigations.

Users are responsible for safeguarding OTPs, passwords, and access credentials associated with their registered mobile number and patient records.

Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, introduce malicious software, disrupt website operations, or execute fraudulent payment transactions on https://adclab.in.

Ashwani Diagnostic Centre shall not be liable for service delays or logistical failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, municipal restrictions, traffic gridlocks, server downtime, or telecommunication network failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Ashwani Diagnostic Centre's aggregate monetary liability for any claim arising out of a diagnostic booking shall not exceed the total test amount paid by the customer for that specific booking.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with services rendered by Ashwani Diagnostic Centre shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
